1.1. As funes do direito internacional segundo a corrente idealista e 'cosmopoltica', de Kant a Kelsen, a Bobbio, aos western globalists. A noo de direito cosmopoltico (Weltbrgerrecht) em Habermas. O globalismo jurdico e a subjetividade do direito internacional dos indivduos.

1.2. As funes do direito internacional numa concepo realista (maquiaveliana e hobbesiana) das relaes internacionais. O realismo poltico internacional contemporneo.
